Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Style Nest Store purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate apparel items, including selected tops and dresses with special linings.
How to Return or Exchange
- Submit your request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return details. You may use our template below for convenience.
- Wait for approval: Our Carlisle-based customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags and labels included.

Return Shipping Options
- Standard Return: Use your preferred courier service (recommended for faster processing)
- Free Return Label: Available for faulty items (we’ll provide a prepaid label upon approval)
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
