Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate apparel items. This includes selected tops and dresses with special linings.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit your request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange. You may use our template below for convenience.
  2. Wait for approval: Our Carlisle-based customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our London Road address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Standard Return: Use your preferred courier service (recommended for faster processing)
  • Free Return Label: Available for faulty items (we’ll provide a prepaid label upon approval)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
